RAW MATERIAL

Besides 6063 alloyed material, 6060,33 - 6060,35 - 6060 - 6061 - 6082 alloyed raw materials are also used in our plant that we established intending for manufacturing the products which catch up with the World's standard. PRESS

We can say the most striking point of out plant that we have established with macro expectations is the press division. Our fully automatic press line which has been equipped with the safety measurements where the human life is kept in the forefront is of 24.000 ton /year capacity. As well as the raw material procuring, our press 1750 ton 7" and 2750 ton 8" which was erected by SMS SCHLOEMANN brand whose quality is unquestionable in the world is of the front loaded, fully automated and holds all the features required by the technology of today.

STRETCHING & COLD CUTTING

After the hot cutting which has the high warning system in terms of the work security, the pulling lines are of the capacity to convey 52 metre product to cold cutting line in one run. During the processes which are realized completely untouched, with fully automatic robots, the interim process controlling processes are carried out and an instant and in-site solutions can be produced for the defects which may be come at in the final controlling.

AUTOMATIC LOADING & AGEING

The automatic feeding process is realized untouched in order to make the product convey to the anadosing operation in good nick. The products which are transferred to the stacking system by stripping untouched are conveyed to the heat treatment operation for exposing the aging treatment. All these processes are realized untouched by the machines in the fully secure mass production lines which are of the fully automatic technology.

ANADOSING - COATINGS AND FABRICATION

The profiles received from the press are exposed to the surface treatments in order to make them be seen decoratively, increase their erosion resistance, and gain resistance against the natural conditions and UV rays. In our anadosing unit which is established in 4000 m² area, the materials at 7.5m length, 0.7m diameter and 2.2m width materials can be made anadosign in the shining and satining machining room together with dismantling and hanging. Annually 10,000 ton material can be processes in our plant having total 5 units of anadosign baths - 3 of which is of 12000 amp and 2 of which is 1500 amp, 2 analouge colouring baths and 1 yellow dip-colouring bath.

POWDER COATING FINISHES ON ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION PRODUCTS

Colourful and various 8.000 tons profiles are submitted to the market coloured every year. All colours can be produced according to orders in our unit established on 2000 m2 area together with powder painting room. Besides adding a distinctive beauty to the electrostatically painted products, it increases the resistance against the atmospheric conditions and UV rays. The aluminium materials at 7.5 length, 0,3 diameter and 1,5m width can be painted in our plant.

WOOD GRAIN ON OUR ALUMINIUM

The required decorative, long life, environmentally friendly neutral wood appearance and high-strength aluminium profiles are produced using modern technology in our plant. 7.2m long, 0.2m in diameter and 1m width aluminium materials can coat with various wood pattern designs in our fully automatic wood pattern transfer process and offers users new aesthetic choices.

QUALITY CONTROL & LABORATORY

At the end of this sort major investment, perfect product whose sustainability can be achieved is produced with the quality and controlling. The inspections and the analyse related to each of the products starting from the raw material procurement to moulding stage, from the pressing operation to stocks and from the chemical surface treatments to packing are carried out under the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance inspections.
